Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of cheese onto 4 tortillas.
  2. Sprinkle the jalapeno peppers evenly over the cheese.
  3. Place remaining tortillas on top, making sandwiches.
  4. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Place skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place one tortilla sandwich in skillet.
  7. Cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until the cheese melts.
  8. Set sandwich aside and keep warm; repeat with remaining sandwiches.
  9. Slice each sandwich melt into 12 wedges and serve.
