Feta and Bacon Portabella Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean and scrape out gills on mushrooms.
  2. Pour soy sauce and oil in a dish.
  3. Marinate mushrooms about 20 minutes turning once then drain.
  4. Grill until tender.
  5. Place bacon and cheese in mushroom.
  6. Place under a broiler until cheese starts to brown.
