Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make 4 vertical cuts crossing in the center in each radish.
  2. Soak in iced water 3 hours or until petals open then drain.
  3. Cut fennel bulbs lengthwise in half and cut out the hard core then slice very fine.
  4. Cut the carrots into matchsticks then dice the apple.
  5. Mix lemon juice into the vegetables and toss with the mayonnaise.
  6. Pile into a salad bowl and garnish with the radishes.
