  2. Add the remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly.
  3. Heat griddle or flying pan, lightly greasing it with oil or cooking spray.
  4. Drop the batter by small spoonfuls to make 2 1/2 inch pancakes.
  5. When a few bubbles appear on top of the pancakes, turn them and cook until browned.
