  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  2. Place pitas in oven and cook until lightly toasted about 4 minutes give or take a few minutes.
  3. Break pita into small pieces.
  4. Combine all ingedients but the letuce.
  5. Toss to coat.
  6. Add lettuce and toss well.
  7. Note: sumac is available at middle eastern markets.
