Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix vinegar and dry mustard. Let sit overnight, covered, at room temperature.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar. Add to mustard mixture. Add 1/4 teaspoons salt.
  3. Bring to a slow boil. Cook until thickened.
  4. Pour into a air tight container and store in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve w/ fresh veggies, pretzels or as a condiment for sandwiches.
