  1. Add beef, sausage (if using), mushroom and onions to fry pan and cook until brown.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve over toast or whatever you like. Sit by a fire and enjoy!
