Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the top 1/3 off the watermelon.
  2. Hollow out the shell, saving the watermelon fruit.
  3. Put the shell in the fridge to chill.
  4. Using a blender, puree the watermelon in batches.
  5. Strain through a small strainer until you have 8 cups watermelon juice.
  6. Add the concentrates, lime juice, and grenadine.
  7. Chill this mixture until serving time.
  8. When ready to serve, add the sprite to the watermelon juice mixture.
  9. Pour into hollowed out watermelon shell, add scoops of rainbow sherbet and serve.
