  2. Store in an airtight container in a cool spot
  3. To serve: place 1/4 to 1/2 cup in a bowl
  4. Pour milk or soy milk over cereal make it look soupy
  5. Add honey or sugar to taste
  6. Add raisins, dried apples, chopped fresh apples are great
  7. Or any extra fruit or nuts that are in season
  8. Let sit for approx. 20 - 30 mins.. enjoy. it's very filling
