Fall off the Bone Bar-B-Q Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients (except chicken and 1/4 cup water) and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup water in bottom of a shallow pan. Lay chicken tightly in the pan.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken.
  4. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours uncovered. Turn chicken halfway through.
