Everything but the Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp banana extract or 1/2 tsp rum extract
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup golden raisin
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 dash ginger

Directions:

  1. Beat first 4 ingredients until blended.
  2. Sift dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients and stir with a whisk.
  3. Add oats, coconut, raisins and walnuts.
  4. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 19 minutes.
  6. Cool.
