Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 quart (4 cups) bread cubes
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:

  1. Mix Butter and Sugar.
  2. Add beaten Eggs and Pineapple.
  3. Mix in Bread Cubes.
  4. Add Cream.
  5. Pour into 11X7 pan.
  6. Refrigerate Overnight.
  7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
