Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions, and set aside.
  2. Heat oil and sauté chicken until cooked.
  3. Add garlic, sugar, ketchup, onions and tamari sauce.
  4. Using chopsticks or two forks, mix the chicken and noodles, and then add the peanuts or cashews and cilantro.
  5. Garnish with sprouts and lemon.
