English Pea Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can small english peas, drained
  • 1 (2 oz) jar pimientos
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup canola oil

Directions:

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients.
  2. Combine sugar, vinegar and oil.
  3. Bring to boil and stir until sugar dissolves.
  4. Add this mixture to other ingredients.
  5. Chill 24 hours before serving.
