Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Brown turkey and onion in olive oil.
  3. Add seasonings and tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Grease a 2-quart casserole.
  5. Alternate layers of tortillas, beans meat sauce, olive and cheese.
  6. Add water.
  7. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
