Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In shkillet, cook bacon 4 minutes. Add onion and pepper. season with salt and pepper. Cook till soft 3 minutes. Add garlic. Cook one inute. Transfer to a large bowl, add oats and cool.
  2. Add turkey, 1/2 t salt, 1/4 t pepper and stir to combine. Put in loaf pan. Cover with ketchup. Bake for 70 minutes. Cool 20 before slicing.
