Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook together meat, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, and tomatoes
  2. In a large stock pot over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring
  3. Frequently.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook for another 30 minutes.
  5. Then mix in corn, potatoes, okra, catsup, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes longer or until the potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve hot with corn bread.
