Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cupcakes:
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, bananas, and vanilla;
  4. Stir into dry ingredients just until combined.
  5. Spoon 1 Tbsp. batter into each paper-lined muffin cup.
  6. Top each with a chocolate kiss, pointed side down.
  7. Fill cups two-thirds full with remaining batter.
  8. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick tests done.
  9. Cool for 10 min. before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
  10. Frosting:
  11. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, confectioner's sugar, vanilla and enough milk to achieve spreading consistency.
  12. Frost cupcakes.
  13. Garnish with chocolate chips, if desired.
