Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 16 oz pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves

Directions:

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients.
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder.
  3. Mix wet & dry ingredients together.
  4. Add spices.
  5. Stir in apples.
  6. Pour into greased loaf pans.
  7. Bake at 350 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
