Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp onion
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Place three eggs in cold water over med-high heat. Cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Peel shells and discard two yolks. Mix in chopped onion, mayo, tabasco, mustard, salt, and pepper.
