Ingredients:

  • 5 -6 large eggs (will make 2 good size sandwiches)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil the eggs 10 minutes.
  2. Cool.
  3. Crack and peel.
  4. Slice.
  5. Mix all ingredients together.
