This is an easy dish no matter how you make it, but I don't like to crunch on veggies when I eat my egg salad.
Ingredients:
5 -6 large eggs (will make 2 good size sandwiches)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 dash garlic salt or 1 dash celery salt
seasoning salt
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Boil the eggs 10 minutes.
2. Cool.
3. Crack and peel.
4. Slice.
5. Mix all ingredients together.
