Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp half & half
  • 1 tsp splenda

Directions:

  1. Mix egg, half & half with Splenda. Place in a sprayed crepe pan and swirl about a scant 1/4 cup. Cook 1 to 2 minutes on 1 side; flip and cook another minute. Makes 3 crepes.
