Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pillsbury's best
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lard
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together, twice.
  2. Cream butter and lard together and add to dry ingredients, using the tips of your fingers. Then add the milk mixed with egg whites, mixing with a knife until you have a very soft dogh. Place on your molding board. Pat out lightly until 3/4 thick. Cut out and bake in a hot oven 15 mintues.
