Egg Beater's French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 slices bread

Directions:

  1. Heat skillet and spray with Pam cooking spray. In a shallow bowl combine egg beaters, vanilla and cinnamon; mix well. Double dip the sliced bread. Fry in skillet until golden brown, making sure to cook thoroughly. Top with lite syrup.
