Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 egg whites , beaten stiff
  • 8 slices bread
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Beat flour, milk, salt, melted butter, and egg yolks together.
  2. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  3. Dip bread slices into mixture.
  4. Fry in 3 Tablespoons butter until golden.
