Easy Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 oz) can tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Chop the green onions.
  2. Place the contents of can of tomatoes in blender, add chicken broth, green onions, milk, sugar, salt and pepper. Place lid on blender (hold lid with hand to secure!) and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour contents of blender in saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. Then reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently until soup thickens.
