Easy Roasted Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 120 ml wine , rice
  • 17 g shallot
  • 10 g butter
  • 1/2 g pepper
  • 2 g salt

Directions:

  1. Cook wine and shallots until halved, cool it
  2. Mix in blender with the sweet pepper
  3. Heat it with butter, pepper and salt
