Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon fresh tomato
  • 1 quart vinegar
  • 1 quart sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Crush tomatoes through a colander.
  2. Combine all ingriedients in a large pan.
  3. Simmer and stir frequently until desired thickness.
