Easy Rice and Peas

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Bring water, butter and salt to a boil in a large saucepan. Add rice and peas. Cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 5-7 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed. Yield: 4 servings.
