Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Defrost spinach.
  2. Flatten 3 chicken breast/Place on each chicken breast 3 slices bacon, some tablespoons spinach.
  3. Then to taste add some herbs: sage, rosemary, thyme and basil. Scatter some mozzarella over it and fold the chicken breast over the filling.
  4. Place the chicken breast in a lightly greased baking dish.
  5. Scatter some mozzarella over it and place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 325 d. for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with potatoes and a salad. Enjoy!
