Easy Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • frosting
  • 1 1/3 cup powdwer sugar
  • chopped pecans ( optional)

Directions:

  1. Cake
  2. Mix all ingredients together by hand until well blended
  3. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish at 350 for 35 minutes.
  4. Frosting
  5. Beat all ingredients together until fluffy. Frost cake as soon as it comes out of oven. Top with nuts if desired.
