Ingredients:

  • 2 large cans green beans
  • 1 large can whole kernel corn
  • 1 large can sauerkraut
  • 5 slices bacon

Directions:

  1. Drain beans, corn, and sauerkraut (reserve sauerkraut juice).
  2. Mix together beans, corn and sauerkraut juice in large bowl with lid.
  3. Place in refrigerator overnight then stir several times next morning.
  4. Fry bacon then remove and drain well.
  5. Add bacon to bean mixture then bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
