Easy Pepper Steak

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb round steak , cut into thin strips (about 1/4 inch)
  • 1 -2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 -2 green bell pepper , cut into strips
  • 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. In skillet, brown steak in oil on high heat.
  2. Add all other ingredients and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
  3. Add a little beef broth if needed.
  4. Serve over cooked rice.
