Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut french baguette in half and hollow both sides out.
  2. Take 1/2 of the hollowed out bread crumbs and cut or rip into small pieces. Ad to a large bowl.
  3. Add diced eggs, pickles, onion, bell pepper and the cream cheese and blend well.
  4. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard to taste. If desired, also ad a dash of the pickle jar liquid.
  5. Stuff the hollowed out baguette tightly with the bread egg mixture.
  6. Chill in the fridge wrapped in aluminum foil for at least 1/2 hours and slice before serving.
