  1. In 9X13 casserole dish sprayed with no stick spray, arrange okra, onion, garlic, tomatoes and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle with seasonings and hot sauce.
  3. Top with bacon slices and bake at 350 for about 1 1/2 hours, or until okra is tender.
  4. *another option is to sprinkle with breadcrumbs last 30 minutes or so of cooking*
