Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans

Directions:

  1. Place raisins nd aterin small sauce pan bring to abol remove them from heat
  2. Place dry ingredients into mixing bowl and mix add oil. eggs and vanilla nuts and raisins/water mixture mix throughly
  3. Drop bt teaspoons onto cookie heet
  4. Bake 350 10-15 minutes
  5. Moist and delicous great to have for breakfast and coffee
