Easy Mushroom and Pea Pad Thai

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp kang masamon curry paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles according to packet instructions.
  2. Heat the kang masamon, lemon juice, chilli sauce and some soy sauce in a large wok.
  3. Add the reconstituted mushrooms and peas and cook on high for 5 minutes.
  4. When the peas are cooked add the noodles and sugar.
  5. Add extra soy sauce chilli sauce to taste.
