  1. Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream together and spread smoothly onto serving platter. Pour salsa around over mixture and lightly spread evenly with spoon. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over salsa and top with chopped green onions (if desired). Chill. Serve with Fritos Scoops. YUM!!
