Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes till perfectly done.
  2. Cook eggs.
  3. Leave potatoes and eggs out on a towel on the counter to cool to room temperature.
  4. Peel and slice potatoes.
  5. Peel and slice eggs.
  6. Pour on the salad dressing.
  7. Toss together.
  8. Sometimes I will slice one egg and put in a circle on top to make it look prettier. Maybe sprinkle with parsley for a fancier look.
