Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, place flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
  3. Put oil then milk into a 1 cup measure, don't stir.
  4. Pour directly into flour mixture. Stir with a fork.
  5. Roll and cut into circles.
  6. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 450 degree oven till golden.
