Easy Egg White Omlet/Fritata Thingy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup. egg whites
  • 1 cup. spinach
  • 1/4 cup. onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup. red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup. cheddar
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. olive oil

Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites heat 1 tsp in oven safe pan, put in onion and whatever veggies you want, add spinach, pour on the egg white, sprinkle on the cheese and bake in the oven on 350 until it is cooked through.
