Ingredients:

  • five 8 oz. packages of philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 jar of dried chives

Directions:

  1. Set out cream cheese to room temperature to make mixing easier
  2. Cut celery, onions, and crabmeat into small pieces
  3. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly
  4. Keep refrigerated until serving
  5. *Best if prepared the day before event
  6. **Makes A LOT
  7. ***We serve with Ritz crackers or can serve with crackers of choice
