Easy Country Salmon Cakes Croquettes N Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:

  • easy country salmon cakes croquettes n lemon sauce
  • 1 - 7 1/2 oz can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/3 cup of saltine cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp of chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • in medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the butter, and blend well. shape the mixture into 4 patties. melt
  • the butter in a skillet and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown and heated throughout
  • 1 cup. lemon or orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch diluted in 1/4 cup. cold water
  • bring all ingredients to a rolling boil in saucepan. cook until sauce is clear. serve hot over salmon croquettes.

  7. Bring all ingredients to a rolling boil in saucepan. Cook until sauce is clear. Serve hot over or with salmon croquettes.
