Easy Corn and Potato Chowder

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine corn, onion, potatoes, water, and bouillon.
  2. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes until tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the milk and the butter.
  4. In small bowl, combine remaining 1/4 cup milk and flour; beat with wire whisk until smooth.
  5. Add flour mixture to the chowder; cook and stir until bubbly and thickened.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
