Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Set oven rack to second-lowest position.
  3. Grease and flour two 9-inch square baking pans.
  4. In a bowl beat the first 6 ingredients together with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Increase the speed to high and continue beating until smooth (the batter will be VERY thick).
  6. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  7. Divide the mixture evenly into the two prepared pans.
  8. Bake for about 40 minutes or until the cakes test done.
