Easy and Delicious Grilled Swordfish Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place 4 large thawed swordfish steaks on a medium hot grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  2. Cool and cut into 1 cubes.
  3. Place swordfish, onion and green pepper in large sealable bowl.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine tomato soup, vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Pour tomato soup mixture over the swordfish, onions, and peppers.
  7. Seal bowl and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  8. Serve over a bed of lettuce.
