Easy After Work Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp pepper (i use janes crazy mixed up )
  • 1/8 tsp salt (i use janes crazy mixed up )

Directions:

  1. Mix 1/2 the can of soup, with everything else except parmesan cheese.
  2. Shape mixture into a greased medium sized loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minute.
  4. Remove loaf, and pour remaining soup, mixed with the parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for an additional 30 minute.
  6. Dinners ready!
