Eastern European Hot Yogurt Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring broth to boil in sauce pan.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lower heat.
  4. Combine yogurt, flour and beaten egg yolks.
  5. Stir 3 T broth in mixture.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Return to broth.
  8. Cook over low heat.
  9. Stir 1 or 2 minutes.
  10. Add butter and mint and serve.
