Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, soda, powder, and salt.
  2. Beat in yogurt, margarine, eggs and honey until batter is smooth.
  3. Bake in preheated waffle iron until golden.
  4. Top with fresh fruit, flavored yogurt or syrup.
  5. Spray oil on iron between each waffle.
